MCCUMBER DANIELS’ PENNSYLVANIA OFFICE SECURES DISMISSAL OF TWO NURSING HOMES CASES IN MONROE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Monroe County, Pennsylvania—

McCumber Daniels attorney Stuart T. O’Neal, Esquire, secured the dismissal two (2) professional liability nursing home litigation cases at the Summary Judgment level in Monroe County on behalf of the Firm’s client, a skilled long term care facility.  One case involved alleged medication administration errors, while the other matter involved allegations of substandard care relative to the alleged fall of a resident.  Both claims were brought by Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., a law firm that specializes in prosecution of long term claims across the Commonwealth.  The Honorable Arthur Zulick presided over both matters.
