McCUMBER DANIELS NAMED COUNSEL FOR THE TORT/LIABILITY COMMITTEE OF THE PENNSYLVANIA HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATION

McCumber Daniels was recently named as counsel for the Pennsylvania Health Care Association’s Tort/Liability Committee by its President and CEO, Stuart Shapiro, M.D.  The PHCA’s Tort/Liability Committee is comprised of long term care providers and other interested parties who focus their efforts on proactive solutions to combating nursing home liability claims across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which has seen an upswing in recent years.
