McCUMBER DANIELS PRESENTS AT AMERICAN HEALTH LAWYERS ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE

Andrew McCumber was selected to present at the American Health Lawyers Association February 27-29, 2008, Long Term Care and the Law Conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana.  His presentation entitled, “Corporate Structure: Maximizing the Protection of the Corporate Veil,” covered the current environment and risk; the structures being employed in highly litigious states; methods used by plaintiff’s lawyers to avoid the limitations of the corporate form; and areas which require close analysis during restructuring and helpful and practical suggestions for business structure and operations.
