MCCUMBER DANIELS’ PENNSYLVANIA OFFICE SECURES DISMISSAL OF TWO CLIENTS IN FEDERAL CASE

Stuart T. O’Neal and Marguerite Kerry-Pennock obtained a complete defense dismissal of two clients in a case that involved allegations of section 1983 violations of constitutionally protected civil rights and a demand for punitive damages. The case was venued in federal court, specifically in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and was presided over by Senior District Judge William H. Yohn, Jr.
