Expansion of Philadelphia Area Office

McCumber Daniels proudly announces the addition of Cathleen Kelly to our King of Prussia office.  Ms. Kelly begin her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney where she tried numerous cases to verdict before taking a position as a Deputy Attorney General for the Eastern Region of Pennsylvania, where she prosecuted white collar, fraud and health care crime matters.  Most recently, Ms. Kelly has concentrated her private practice on insurance liability defense matters and error and omissions claims.  She was recently honored as a Lawyer on the Fast Track by the American Lawyer Media and The Legal Intelligencer in 2005.
