McCumber Daniels ATTORNEY SECURES DISMISSAL OF LONG TERM CARE CLIENT FROM CASE

McCumber Daniels attorney Stuart O’Neal, based out of the McCumber Daniels’s King of Prussia office, obtained a dismissal of the Firm’s client, Fairmount Long Term Care, from a Philadelphia venued nursing home litigation matter.  The Plaintiffs’ attorneys on the case were Wilkes & McHugh, based out of that Firm’s Philadelphia office.
