McCumber Daniels ATTORNEY SECURES FAVORABLE SETTLEMENT FOR PERSONAL CARE HOME CLIENT DURING TRIAL
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania--
McCumber Daniels attorney Stuart O’Neal, based out of the McCumber Daniels’s King of Prussia office, secured a favorable settlement for an owner of a personal care home just prior to the close of a trial against DPW in front of the Honorable John A. Parse at the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Claire Abdeldaim and her personal care home, Bonnie Brook, endured an administrative appeal process for close to a year and a half, including a hearing in front of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court (Pellegrini, J.) in pursuit of a personal care home license to operate Bonnie Brook. “I am thrilled for Claire. This is the chance she has been waiting for and it is well-deserved,” said Ms. Abdeldaim’s attorney, Mr. O’Neal. “I am also glad we were able to work with DPW towards the end of this process to secure this result.”
