Parse at the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Claire Abdeldaim and her personal care home, Bonnie Brook, endured an administrative appeal process for close to a year and a half, including a hearing in front of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court (Pellegrini, J.) in pursuit of a personal care home license to operate Bonnie Brook.  “I am thrilled for Claire.  This is the chance she has been waiting for and it is well-deserved,” said Ms. Abdeldaim’s attorney, Mr. O’Neal.  “I am also glad we were able to work with DPW towards the end of this process to secure this result.”
