McCumber Daniels Announces Stuart O’Neal Named Partner

McCumber Daniels is pleased to announce that the managing attorney of the firm’s King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office Stuart O’Neal, has been named partner of the firm.  Mr. O’Neal was instrumental in opening the firm’s Pennsylvania office and has distinguished himself in the defense of firm clients in complex matters.  Mr. O’Neal has extensive expertise in all areas of litigation defense, particularly in the defense of nursing homes, personal care homes and their management companies, hospitals, physicians and mental health facilities, and real estate agents.

Mr. O'Neal graduated from Dickinson College in 1996 with a B.A. in political science and from Villanova University School of Law in 2001.  While at Villanova, Mr. O'Neal was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and was the author of a published article on regulations affecting the petroleum refining industry. 

Mr. O'Neal was appointed to Pennsylvania Healthcare Association's Tort/Liability Committee and serves as counsel for the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA). He is an arbitrator for Montgomery County and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
